Houses that work improve health. Surveys of houses that fix nothing do not improve health and are a constant annoyance to those living in the houses..... Dr Fred Hollows said it simply a long while back...."no survey without service".

The end of the federally funded national Fixing Houses for Better Health program is a good time to reflect on the results and future works.
